I’m very saddened with all these graduations. Or should I say, Hololive resignations.
I already brought it up before with Announcement of Minato Aqua’s Graduation and there’s been a wave lately of graduations, resignations at Hololive. Ame left a few months ago, and this week alone, Chloe and Fauna made their announcements.

This year alone, we’ve seen:
all resigned from Cover Corp. / Hololive / Hololive English / Holostars this year.

My thoughts remain the same — this was expected to happen.
Resignations are a natural part of any workplace. Rather than speculate about reasons we can't fully know, it's better to understand that sometimes things simply don't work out. Just like any job, when employees and employers find their goals no longer align, it's perfectly normal to part ways and seek new opportunities.
I know that sounds very corporate-speak, but it REALLY is like that, and most especially with Cover Corp. being exactly that. And on Japan, no less, versus the EN talents who are also living with different cultural expectations.
All I hope for is that they’re all happy in the end, and we’ve seen how the others that have resigned have chosen to do so.
